Former US presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, spoke to BBC Radio 4’s Today programme about an investigation which alleges Russian influence in British politics. The Government has refused to release the report until after the December 12 election. Mrs Clinton told the BBC she was “dumbfounded” by the move and called it “inexplicable and shameful”.
