Judicial Watch Obtains DOJ Records Showing Top Mueller Team Repeatedly, ‘Accidentally’ Wiped Phones

Judicial Watch announced today it received 87 pages of records from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) that show senior members of Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel’s Office (SCO) repeatedly and “accidentally” wiped phones assigned to them.

The records were produced in response to Judicial Watch’s September 2019 Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed against the Justice Department and FBI over December 17, 2018, FOIA requests (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:19-cv-02693)) for:

All records related to the hardware, software and contents of mobile phones issued to FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page for their use while they served on the investigative team of Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

Pre-Crime Sheriff: Program Monitors And Harasses Families Throughout The County

Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco took office in 2011 with a bold plan: to create a cutting-edge intelligence program that could stop crime before it happened.

What he actually built was a system to continuously monitor and harass Pasco County residents, a Tampa Bay Times investigation has found.

First the Sheriff’s Office generates lists of people it considers likely to break the law, based on arrest histories, unspecified intelligence and arbitrary decisions by police analysts.

Then it sends deputies to find and interrogate anyone whose name appears, often without probable cause, a search warrant or evidence of a specific crime.

They swarm homes in the middle of the night, waking families and embarrassing people in front of their neighbors. They write tickets for missing mailbox numbers and overgrown grass, saddling residents with court dates and fines. They come again and again, making arrests for any reason they can.

Man arrested for starting fire in Oregon gets released with no bail, immediately starts setting fires again

Despite tweets from the FBI’s Portland branch claiming that arsonists aren’t causing wildfires, the Portland Police arrested a suspect last evening for starting a brush fire- and they arrested him the next day after letting him out with no bail.

On Sunday afternoon, PPD East Precinct officers were dispatched to assist Portland Fire and Rescue with a brush fire in the 9600 block of East Burnside Street. Officers saw that a section of grass along the I-205 freeway was burning. Firefighters extinguished the fire. No one was injured and no structures were damaged.

According to a PPD report, East officers were later flagged down by a witness who pointed out the suspect in a nearby tent. Officers arrested the suspect, who confirmed he lit the fire with the device.

Trump Ramps Up Verbal War On De Blasio After Mayor Told New Yorkers To Do This

President Donald Trump shamed New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio for wishing New Yorkers a 'beautiful' day when the city's seen an uptick in crime, inserting 'people don't want to get mugged, beaten or killed.'

De Blasio had published a tweet Saturday calling New Yorkers to continue to stay alert about preventing the spread of COVID-19.

'It’s a beautiful Saturday, New York City,' the Democratic mayor wrote. 'Get out and enjoy it, but don’t forget we’re fighting back against COVID-19. Wear your face covering. Practice social distancing.'

Trump responded to the mayor's tweet Sunday by arguing about the rise in shootings and murders in New York, where the president is from.

More voters classify BLM unrest as riots rather than protests: poll

More voters consider the unrest in three US cities stemming from Black Lives Matter demonstrations to be riots rather than protests, a new Fox News poll shows.

The poll, published Sunday, found that 48 percent of likely voters surveyed described violence in New York, Portland, and Kenosha, Wisconsin to be riots, compared to 40 percent who saw them as protests.

The results break down in part along party lines, with 68 percent of Republicans calling the unrest riots, compared to 30 percent of Democrats.

Along racial lines, more than half of white voters, or 52 percent, saw the protests as riots. Meanwhile, 62 percent of black respondents and 48 percent of Hispanics described them as protests, the poll shows.

Ninth Circuit Court Hands Trump Huge Win On Immigration

The Ninth Circuit Court has allowed Donald Trump’s administration to remove the protected status of hundreds of thousands of migrants.

Migrants Fought Back Against Trump Admin DecisionThe decision, which reversed one from a lower court, allowed the Trump administration to phase out the “Temporary Protected Status” (TPS) of migrants from El Salvador, Sudan, Haiti, and Nicaragua.

As Circuit Judge Consuelo Callahan explained, the TPS program “provides temporary relief to nationals of designated foreign countries that have been stricken by a natural disaster, armed conflict, or other ‘extraordinary and temporary conditions in the foreign state.'”

'Total Propaganda': Colin Kaepernick Blasts NFL Because They Celebrated Black Lives

Colin Kaepernick has called the NFL's support for anti-racism protests at the start of the season "propaganda" and claimed it is "blackballing" his ex-San Francisco 49ers team-mate Eric Reid.

Before matches in 2016, Kaepernick and Reid began kneeling on the chorus of the national anthem as a sign of protest over racial injustices.

Kaepernick has been a free player since 2017, while Reid is also not playing after leaving the Carolina Panthers.

BREAKING: DHS leaked email confirms Antifa is an organized group

An internal email from the Department of Homeland Security leaked to CBS Catherine Herridge late Monday detailing that the violence in Portland was not "opportunistic," but rather "organized"—confirming long-suspected details about the Antifa movement.

The email explains that Antifa is organized and runs contrary to reports in the mainstream media that Antifa was not responsible for anti-police violence, but an impromptu movement spurred on by anti-fascist sentiments held by most of the American public.

A recent article in the Washington Post by Mark Bray, author of Antifa: Anti-Fascist Handbook, attempted to dispel "myths" about Antifa, claims that the group is not an organization, but rather a "tradition of militant antifascism." The article disputed claims that Antifa "masterminds violence at Black Lives Matter protests."

Durham speculation reaching fever pitch after aide resignation, Graham comments, phone-wipe mystery

Speculation over the status of Durham's review into the origins of the Russia probe has only intensified amid the resignation of a top aide last week and comments from congressional Republicans suggesting developments could soon be announced.

Nora Dannehy, a top aide to Durham, resigned Friday, after working closely with the U.S. attorney for Connecticut for years. Durham’s office confirmed her departure but did not elaborate on the backstory.

Reports suggested, though, that Dannehy’s departure came amid concerns that the team investigating alleged misconduct at the origins of the Trump-Russia probe was being pressed by top Justice Department officials to produce a report on its findings before their full review was completed, for political purposes.

NFL players say they were frazzled by the lack of fans at their first games: 'This felt more like a high school scrimmage'

The 2020 NFL season is off and running, though this year looks different than any other.

So far, only two teams have allowed fans at their stadiums: the Kansas City Chiefs and Jacksonville Jaguars, both at limited capacity. In total, seven teams currently plan to have fans at their stadiums.

The other 12 games — plus two more on Monday — were played in empty stadiums, which players said threw them off.

Baltimore On Pace For Deadliest Year Ever: 46 Shot, 12 Killed Last Week

As social unrest, wildfires, and hurricanes dominate the headlines, a surge in violent crime across major US metropolitan areas has also been observed since the virus-pandemic began in March.

Chicago and New York City have seen its fair share of violence this summer, with a rash of shootings and murders. Now Baltimore is back in the news, with at least 46 people shot - 12 of them died last week, according to The Baltimore Sun, citing new Baltimore Police Department (BPD) data.

BPD data showed a surge in shootings between Sept. 6 and Sept. 13 came in the final stretch of late summer as fall is around the corner. A decline in temperatures has often been associated with lower foot traffic in some of Baltimore's roughest neighborhoods, resulting in a decline in shootings.

Dem Coup-D'etat: Big Shoe About To Drop On DNC, 'Mueller Team's Cover-Up Organized'

The Mueller investigation has recently gone through some legal issues. When asked to present all the phones of attorneys who were involved in the investigation, miraculously the phones were “wiped” with no intention.

President Trump declared that “action must be taken” against former special counsel Robert Mueller’s prosecutors after the recent developments.

“Action must be taken,” the president tweeted Monday, linking to a post by Harmeet K. Dhillon, a lawyer and Republican Party official.

“I’ll say it again: a lawyer in private practice who did this would go to the court hearing the irate federal judge called on 4 hours’ notice, knowing that sanctions, a bar referral, & criminal investigation would follow. But these ‘highly reputed prosecutors’ are above the law?,” she wrote, linking to a New York Post article

How Israel lit match for deadly fire

The Israeli siege of Gaza affects us in myriad ways.

It is not just about being starved of fuel and electricity, as we have been recently.

Of course, that is bad enough. The vulnerable are even more vulnerable, nights are dark, work is almost impossible to do – if you are lucky enough to have any – and there is no relief from sweltering summers.

But Israel’s blockade is all encompassing. It affects every aspect of our lives here, from our ability to travel and trade, to career prospects, to whether or not we will eat tomorrow.

And it has knock-on effects. Things happen that normally wouldn’t happen.

Things that shouldn’t happen.

In March, a fire broke out in Nuseirat refugee camp that ultimately would take the lives of 22 people.

The fire started in a bakery. It was the result of poor judgement from many local parties.

Arsonists Are Setting Many Of The Wildfires In Western States – Why?

It’s now abundantly clear that arsonists are setting many of the wildfires that are exploding across Western states. Naturally, Oregon fire officials have now “officially” denied the fires are being set by human beings, instead claiming all the fires are Trump’s fault because of “climate change.”

In case you’re trying to keep track of all this, when terrorists set fire to buildings in cities, that’s known as “peaceful protesting.” But when terrorists set fire to forests in nature, that’s called “climate change.”

U.S. Federal Judge Strikes Down Pennsylvania’s COVID Mandates as Unconstitutional

A federal judge ruled on Monday that Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf’s and Secretary of Health Rachel Levine’s coronavirus orders, which shut down the state, closed businesses and limited gatherings, were unconstitutional.

U.S. District Judge William Stickman IV agreed with the plaintiffs claim that Wolf’s business shutdown and stay-at-home orders violated certain constitutional rights.

The plaintiffs include Butler, Fayette, Greene and Washington counties, four Republican lawmakers and several small businesses in those counties.

Stickman said in his opinion that COVID-19 orders from Wolf and Pennsylvania Secretary of Health Rachel Levine violated and continue to violate the First Amendment right to freedom of assembly and the due process and equal protection clauses of the 14th Amendment.

North Korea's virus and economic woes may open door to Suga-Kim meeting

North Korea’s economic plight in the wake of the new coronavirus pandemic and natural disasters may give Japan’s next prime minister a chance to meet with the nuclear-armed country’s leader, Kim Jong Un, foreign affairs experts say.

As the global virus outbreak has stifled North Korea’s trade with its major economic ally of China and massive flooding triggered by powerful typhoons has devastated the agricultural sector, Kim could extend an olive branch to Japan to receive aid to rebuild the stagnant economy.

Outgoing Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has failed to resolve the issue of North Korea’s abduction of Japanese nationals in the 1970s and 1980s, but his successor, Yoshihide Suga, might push forward negotiations on it in a better way than his predecessor has done.

"A Friend Is In Trouble": Lukashenko Urges Putin To Prepare Armies To Resist External Aggression

Among the most interesting and bellicose comments to come out of Putin's meeting with embattled Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in Sochi on Monday related to future cooperation between the countries' armies.

Lukashenko urged that both countries prepare to resist possible external aggression during his meeting, based on regional media reports of his statements.

In statements sure to further outrage the opposition gathered in the streets of Minsk, he said of NATO forces, “I believe that in no case should we look back at what they will tell us. They disregard us, they do not look at our wariness, they conduct exercises when they want. Therefore, we also, if you support this thesis, without straining the overall situation, we will prepare our armies so that, God forbid, we could resist it.”

Stop The Coup!

The title itself reveals the stubborn simplicity of the Democratic Party’s coup narrative. Their elites have worked themselves and their base into a frothing lather of existential fright. In article after article, liberal intellectuals and activists have been talking for months about how Trump could steal the election or refuse to leave the White House even if he loses. But if the Right dares to point out that Democrats are actually changing the rules of the electoral process and actually speaking publicly about refusing to concede even if they lose, well, this only proves that the Right is going to steal the election and refuse to concede if they lose!

In reality, of course, Anton and others are simply trying to shine a light on what Democrats are now openly declaring in public.

America Is Torn Apart

Jeffrey Goldberg at the Atlantic magazine has concocted a story that President Trump in 2018 dismissed American war dead in a cemetery in France as “losers and suckers.” The sources for the unsubstantiated charge are, of course, anonymous.

It wasn’t that long ago that it was impermissible to make such a charge without evidence. Why should anyone believe Jeffrey Goldberg or anything published in the Atlantic? It is not a publication known for its integrity, and the magazine does not inspire confidence.

Note that the Democrats do not debate any issue. Instead, they and the presstitutes make charges against Trump. No sooner than Trump rejects one ridiculous charge than another is delivered by the media, which sings with one voice.

The Democrats are relying on libel and slander to win an election. Are these the kind of people we want to govern us?

Massive Lines Form Outside Virginia Food Bank As Demand Hits One Million Meals Per Month

The economic recovery has stalled, and in some cases, reversed. The $600 unemployment benefits that Americans received following the virus pandemic that crashed the economy in March-April expired on July 31, which means a fiscal cliff has been underway for 44 days (as of Sept. 14).

Millions of people are still out of work, their emergency savings wiped out, and insurmountable debts are increasing. As former Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen warned in August, Congress' inability to pass another round of stimulus checks could weigh on the economic recovery.

Readers may recall about a quarter of all personal income is derived from the government - so when a lapse in stimulus checks extends for well over one month - that could lead to new consumer stress.

Watch: Douglas Murray – ‘America Has All the Bases Set for Civil War’

‘America has all the bases set for civil war,’ says author Douglas Murray. Those radicals seeking to destroy the U.S. from within should be careful what they wish for: if they think the Anglo-American hegemony was bad, they’re going to have a ‘hell of a time’ when they discover what the Chinese hegemony looks like.

British author Murray, author of The Madness of Crowds, told Breitbart:

I can tell you what the Chinese hegemony is going to look like based on its treatment of the Uighur Muslims. China is not going to be great for BLM. Chinese isn’t going to be great for trans. China isn’t going to be great for micro-aggression people.

Report: Meghan Markle Plans Netflix Doc on ‘Marxist’ Black Lives Matter Founder

The Duchess of Sussex, actress Meghan Markle, has reportedly pitched a documentary to Netflix on the life of the co-founder of the Black Lives Matter movement, after signing a £120 million deal with the American streaming giant according to a British newspaper.

The biopic would reportedly tell the story of BLM leader Patrisse Cullors, who has described herself and her other co-founders as “trained Marxists”. Cullors has also admitted to being mentored by Eric Mann, a communist domestic terrorist in the United States.

A source told British tabloid gossip-paper Daily Mirror that Markle is “hugely inspired” by Cullors, saying: “Meghan has been blown away by the incredible work Patrisse has done. She thinks her story needs to be told – and she would love to be the one to make it.”

Cullors co-founded BLM in 2013 alongside Alicia Garza and Opal Tometi following the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin shooting case.

Sunday Night Football Ratings Post "Steep Decline" Compared To Last Year

In an NFL season that seems to be more about social justice and Covid precautions instead of; well, playing football, perhaps it should come as no surprise that ratings for Sunday Night Football tanked on NFL's Week 1.

Initial ratings from Sunday night's game featuring "America's Team" - the Dallas Cowboys, and the newly moved Los Angeles Rams plunged from last year.

Sunday Night Football ratings plunged, according to Yahoo Finance. The game posted a 4.7 among the key Adult 18-49 demographic with 14.81 million viewers. Although the numbers may still rise after West Coast numbers are factored in, the article notes it is still a "steep

Straight Outta Marxism: Seattle BLM Takes Over Grocery Store To Protest "Lack Of Access To Grocery Stores"

So...leftists block Trader Joe’s from building stores, and then protest the “lack of access” to those stores.

Why doesn’t this compute? Were there guards blocking these protesters from entering the store they protested over “lack of access?” Were there any actual impediments to them entering?

Were the roads blocked? If they were, it was probably by another of these protest groups. Blocking people from doing things is their jam.

Astronomers find possible sign of life on Venus

Traces of a rare molecule known as phosphine have been found in the hellish, heavily acidic atmosphere of Venus, astronomers announced Monday — providing a tantalizing clue about the possibility of life. Phosphine molecules found on Earth are primarily a result of human industry or the actions of microbes that thrive in oxygen-free environments.

The researchers are not claiming life has been detected on the second planet from the sun. But the observations suggest at least the possibility of microbial activity in the upper layers of Venus' atmosphere, well away from the planet's inhospitable surface.
