After Seoul said that the new comprehensive strategic partnership agreement between Russia and North Korea poses a threat to South Korea's security and said it would reconsider its policy of limiting support to Ukraine to only non-lethal aid, Russian President Vladimir Putin responded by saying that South Korea would be making "a big mistake" if it arms Ukraine.
